I work as a designer and programmer, mainly building web applications on LAMP and J2EE platforms. I studied philosophy (Kant’s Logic and Trascendental Philosophy) and I received my degree from the University of Pavia.

Have you ever seen this sequence? Every word is a figure of syllogism.

This is the most famous figure of syllogism:

• Socrates is a human
• All humans are mortal
• Socrate is mortal

The theory of syllogism is at the core of deductive reasoning and the whole logic.

About me and my blog

The blog’s name is inspired by a Medieval logical concept. I thought to something like a bridge between philosophy and programming.

In my opinion, humanistic and scientific matters require a common method: clear thinking. Logic is the main instrument to clear thinking.

But in this blog I don’t write about Logic. I can’t!

This blog was created to try to communicate in different languages: english, italian, gallurese.
